Roar Plunge inspects and packages every item to reach you in perfect working order. If something slips through, we will replace the affected part—or the entire unit—quickly and at no extra cost.
1 Eligibility for a replacement
Eligible circumstance | What it covers |
---|---|
Transit damage | Dents, cracks, panel damage or other harm caused during shipping |
Manufacturing defect | Faults in construction, materials or finish that arise from the production process |
Missing components | Essential items absent from the carton (e.g. chiller unit, hoses, drain fittings) |
Incorrect item supplied | A different product, model or specification from what you ordered |
Concealed damage | Hidden damage noticed only after unpacking although the outer carton looked fine |
2 How to request a replacement

Quote your order number and attach clear photos or video plus a short description. - We confirm & ship
Once verified, we will dispatch the replacement (subject to stock) within 3 business days. All freight is on us.
3 Change-of-mind & non-returnable situations
Because each tub is wellness equipment built to order and quality-checked before dispatch, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor colour or texture differences caused by screen variations
- Damage due to water exposure, misuse, or improper handling after delivery
This approach keeps prices fair and lets us resolve genuine product issues swiftly.
4 Ongoing protection
Every Roar Plunge tub carries a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues that emerge after delivery. See our Warranty Policy for full terms.
