Shipping Policy

Roar Plunge provides free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia for every cold-plunge tub and accessory bought from roarplunge.my. We aim for a fast, secure and hassle-free experience for every customer.


1 Delivery coverage

  • We currently ship only to addresses in Peninsular (West) Malaysia.
  • We do not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan), Singapore or other international destinations at this time.
  • No shipping fees will appear at checkout.

*Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. If your order is urgent, WhatsApp us on +60 18 668 3812 and we will advise if an earlier slot is possible.

3 Tracking your order

You will receive a WhatsApp or email once your order leaves our warehouse. The message includes your tracking number, courier name and estimated delivery window.

4 Delivery handling & receipt

4.1 Standard delivery (default)

  • Items are delivered to the ground-floor entrance of your address.
  • Indoor placement or assembly is not included.
  • Packaged tubs weigh 30–40 kg; please arrange for one or two adults to assist with lifting.

4.2 Special handling requests

Need upstairs delivery, indoor placement or professional positioning? Contact us before dispatch for a custom quote. Our tubs are engineered for easy self-assembly with common household tools.

5 Inspecting for transit damage

  1. Check the carton for visible damage before signing.
  2. If everything looks fine, sign “Received in good condition.”
  3. If you spot damage:
    • Sign “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.”
    • Photograph the affected areas immediately.
    • Contact us within 8 hours via WhatsApp or email with:
      • A photo of the signed delivery note
      • All damage photos
      • A short description of the issue
        We will review and arrange free replacement parts where applicable.

6 Failed deliveries or refusal

  • If no one is available, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to the depot.
  • If you refuse delivery without prior notice, we may charge:
    • Return freight fees
    • Re-delivery fees (if any)
    • Handling costs
