Warranty Policy

Roar Plunge designs every cold-plunge tub with quality, safety and durability in mind. To support your wellness journey, we provide a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser for private-residential use in Peninsular Malaysia.


1 What the warranty covers

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.


2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear (minor scratches, water stains, light discolouration)
  • Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or prolonged exposure to direct sun, extreme humidity, freezing conditions or corrosive chemicals
  • Self-installation damage (e.g. overtightening fittings, misalignment)
  • Commercial, public or gym use unless we confirm otherwise in writing
  • Malfunctions caused by power surges, incorrect voltage or unauthorised modifications
  • Transit damage (see Refund & Replacement Policy – must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

3 Owner responsibilities

To stay eligible for warranty service you must:

  1. Keep your original order confirmation or tax invoice.
  2. Follow all Roar Plunge operating and care instructions.
  3. Place the tub indoors or in a shaded/covered outdoor area that stays below 35 °C and ≤75%RH.
  4. Engage a qualified technician for any electrical installation.

4 How to make a claim

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of discovering the fault.

  2. Provide evidence – order number plus clear photos or video and a short description.
  3. Remote assessment – our service team may request extra information or schedule an inspection.

Resolution (at Roar Plunge’s discretion):

  • Repair
  • Replacement part(s)
  • Replacement unit of equal or better model

Shipping:

  • You pay freight to our service centre (if required).
  • Roar Plunge pays return freight on approved claims.

5 Your statutory rights

Nothing in this warranty affects your rights under Malaysian law, including:

  • The guarantee of acceptable quality under the Consumer Protection Act 1999; and
  • The six-month presumption that any defect existed at the time of supply (CPA s.37(7)).

We also do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or a defect in the product.
